CPD activities are not accredited by the Law Society. If this particular activity extends your knowledge and skills in areas that are relevant to your practice needs or professional development, then you should claim one (1) "unit” per one (1) hour, which for the entire day is 4.75 units. Please refer to the Legal Profession Uniform Continuing Professional Development (Solicitors) Rules 2015 to understand the relevant cap on units claimed for this activity. The annual requirement is ten (10) CPD units each year from 1 April to 31 March.
The dress code for the event is smart casual.
No, the sessions will not be recorded. They are only being offered in person during the conference.
Yes, all attendees will receive necessary papers prior to the Conference.
