Jenna began her career in family law private practice in 2013, where she developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by family lawyers and their clients.

In 2023, she transitioned into legal technology, joining LEAP as the Managing Director of LEAP Family Law.

In her current role, Jenna leads a dedicated team focused on helping family lawyers enhance their practice through practical, legally informed content and tools. Driven by a commitment to the profession, her goal is to make legal work more manageable, effective, and better supported for those working on the front lines of family law.

Holly Taylor
Chief Product Officer, LEAP Family Law

Holly began her career in law firms before discovering a passion for helping lawyers and their staff embrace technology to work more productively and profitably. For nearly 30 years, she has partnered with law firms across the globe, ensuring that LEAP continues to develop a deep understanding of how legal practices operate and what they need to succeed.

Holly has held both internal and client-facing roles while at LEAP, always bringing a customer-first perspective. She currently sits on LEAP’s International Executive, reporting directly to the CEO, and is responsible for LEAP’s Family Law verticals in Australia and the US.

With a special interest in the application of AI, Holly is also actively engaged with LEAP’s AI teams to shape the next generation of products. Guided by curiosity and a commitment to continuous improvement, she remains dedicated to helping law firms achieve more through innovation.

David Billington
Director of Operations, LEAP Family Law

David brings a wealth of experience to the LEAP Family Law team, including his previous position as General Manager of LEAP NZ, where he successfully led business growth and operational efficiency. Drawing on extensive experience supporting the specific needs of law firms, David blends industry knowledge with strategic leadership to provide customised solutions and drive operational efficiency. 

Brendan Chiu
Family Lawyer & Head of AI Engagement, LEAP Family Law

Brendan is a lawyer who worked exclusively in family law for the entirety of his legal career. After working in family law for approximately 5 years, he left private practice to pursue a bold mission - transforming family law more than one matter a time.

Armed with insights into the pain points of other family lawyers, Brendan now works at the intersection of legal practice, technology and innovation, helping empower rather than exhaust lawyers. Brendan helps build solutions that aim to shift the profession from rigid to responsive, and from burnout to sustainability. His work is rooted in empathy, legal insight, and a fierce commitment to making family law a force for healing rather than harm.

Elena Buzevska
Family Lawyer & Legal Content Writer, LEAP Family Law

Elena now focuses on helping family lawyers enhance their work through practical, legally informed content and tools. Her goal is to support the practice of family law by seeking to make legal work more manageable and better supported for those on the front lines.

Elena started out in private practice in 2012 and following her admission in 2016, practiced exclusively as a family lawyer. In 2024, she made the transition from private practice to legal technology, joining LEAP as a content writer.
